I bought lately Pro-Ject DAC from Rö-HiFi (Germany). I was quite exited, knowing that Pro-Ject has been long time establised Hi Fi company. But I had to disappoint.
Left and right channels were switched. Didn’t believe my ears when heard violins playng from right speakers. Everybody noticed, that violins sit on the left side of philharmonic orcestra. Not in Pro-Ject orcestra!?
Then I discovered annoying digital noise in between the tracks where I shoud here nothing more than absolute silence or audience noise.
Last but not least issue was input selector switch, witch was stuck. Had to play with it long time. Still not moving freely. Pure simple mechanical failure.
Tried to contact the seller Rö HiFi many times. No reply, no apologies, no answer. Now I wrote letter to Pro-Ject CEO Mr. Heinz Lichtenegger. Let’s see
